Today I gave Miss Ruby some strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. Needless to say she loved them. I believe her face says it all.

About a year before I even became pregnant Grandpa Jerry saw this "stroller" at a yard sale and bought it for hes future grandchildren. Ruby LOVES to ride in this. Yesterday when I picked her up after work she didn't want to get out. Every time Grandpa Jerry would reach for her to get her out she grabbed hold of the side and yelled. She is more and more her daddy's girl everyday.

Updates on everyone:

Since it has been a while I thought I would update you guys on the happenings here in our world.

Little Miss Princess will be a year old her in a couple weeks (September 9Th to be exact). She started walking officially on July 14Th, at 10 months and 1 week. Since then its been watch out mommy and daddy. She gets in to EVERYTHING. Her favorite thing to do right now is take the TV controls from daddy and change the channel when hes watching something. Mommy has learned to hide them from her lol. Its amazing how much that little girl changes from day to day. She wakes up in the morning, grabs her blanket, slides off the bed and walks around talking in a language only she can understand. Yet I know these are the things that I'm going to miss the most when she grows up. Its very hard for me to comprehend that my baby is not only going to be a year old but is walking and "talking." Everyone tells me that "it was just yesterday that you were waiting for her to get here." Oh well such is life everyone has to grow up sometime. I just wish they would hurry up and invent something to keep them little for a while longer. :D

As for Elvis he is still working at Auto zone. Hes liking what he does but hes not too fond of his manager. We all get those every once in a while. He works every weekend and closes most nights that he works. Makes it very difficult to see each other. I try to wait up for him when he gets home but most nights its just to give him a kiss then its off to bed I go. We just celebrated out 10 year anniversary together on August 16Th. That in itself is a HUGE accomplishment for us. We love each other and have a beautiful daughter. That's all that matters.

Now as for me...hehehe I weasel myself in everywhere. I'm still trying to get used to being a working mom. I have to battle myself all the time because I know I have to work but I feel guilty about leaving my baby for 8 hours every day. I feel as if I miss so much. I know we have to do what we have to do, but in one word it Sucks! lol. I cherish the weekends and when I have vacation time, just to be able to spend the day with my baby is awesome. Even if she does drive me crazy sometimes lol.

I know I know that its been a while since there have been pictures posted. Im sorry lol the damn computer and I dont see eye to eye. Technology and I dont get along.

Update

Just wanted to update really quickly. I have been having computer issues or maybe its just the user. I cant seem to be able to download pictures off of my camera and I have miss placed the connection that goes directly from the camera to the computer. Once I find that cord we will be back in business. Sorry it has been so long. I'm working on it :D

Our neighbor did us the favor and watched Ruby on Monday while Elvis and I were at work. I think she had a good time. I came home and she was eating a Cheese Puff lol and obviously loving it. She was having such a good time with Victor and Lyn that she didnt even say Hi to mommy when I came home from work. Oh well I had a happy baby thats all that matters.

On Sunday we took all the kids to the fair. It was Robert and Jayme, with Donnieay and Aaliyah. Ruby and Me, my dad and Robin. I must say we picked an awesome night to go. It just happened to be Xtreme Bike night. I think Donnieay had a good time watching the bikers launch themselves in the air and do tricks on the way down. Ruby of course was in heaven watching the people. And Aaliyah could care less.
