This is what you get when you let a 2 year old pick out her clothes. Overalls (no shirt) and a bib. I was too sick to argue with what she wanted to wear and we weren't going any where. Crazy kid.

She wanted to go ni-night in the diaper box. She played in there for 2 hours.

The first time i was able to do her hair in braids. My little Cutie.

Since it has been a while since I have posted pictures I thought I would put a couple of my favorites up.

We Got A New Puppy

Elvis and I had been talking for a while about how we needed to get Ruby a puppy. Now we already had a dog...but lets face it she's not as young as she likes to think she is. Plus little Miss Ruby plays too rough for her liking. So one day while I was cleaning the house up the neighbor knocks on the door asking if we wanted a puppy. When I saw her I fell in LOVE with her. My little all black pug puppy. There is not a spot of color on her so after much consideration and discussion we finally decided on the name Ebony. Ruby still calls her Puppy but is slowly starting to call her Ebby.

We celebrated Elvis's birthday on Feb. 28 this year because he is special and only gets a birthday once every 4 years. Thats right folks he's a leap year baby. As Ruby gets older and understands more it gets more and more fun. This year when we lite the candles she said "mommy thats hot." I can not believe how fast she is growing or how smart she is.
